- In a saucepan empty half tin of the corn kernels, hot water (as per required quantity of soup you want) Chicken stock cube, carrots & beans and bring it to a boil.
- Once the mixture is boiling reduce the flame and add the beaten egg through a sieve (i use my tea strainer =)) to get it in strings.
- When the egg is cooked add the corn starch mixture stir till it thickens. Garnish with a dash of soy, chopped celery, salt & pepper as per your taste. Voila your soup is ready!! Serve with toasted bread & salad.
