Instructions to make Chicken Soup:

  2. In a cooker,heat desi ghee& add chopped ginger & garlic.Cook on the low flame till the aroma smells..
  3. Now add chopped onions & cook till they becomes little brown & add red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt.Saute for few seconds.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes & cook on the low flame till they become soft.Add raw chicken pieces.
  5. Mix well & add 1 glass of water in it & cover with lid,after a whistle,slow down the flame & cook for 5_8 minutes.
  6. After 5_8 minutes switch off the flame,let it cool down,Open the lid & check if the chicken is properly cooked.
  7. Pour the soup in serving bowl &with chicken pieces &vgarnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
