- Heat butter in pan. Add veggies and stir fry them for 2 min lightly. Then add corn paste and again fry for 5min..don't overcook the veggies or they will lose their beautiful colour. Add 3cups of water and bring it to boil. Then add the corn flour paste which gives a beautiful texture and taste to soup. Add black pepper and salt and serve hot garnishing with green coriander
