  1. Boil all cabbage leaves for 5 mins or until bright green is gained. Drain water and place on a tray lined with paper towel. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Combine mince, garlic, onion, coriander, green chillies and rice in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper.
