  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add corn flour and salt in it. Now grate the paneer finely and add a pinch of turmeric in it.

  7. Stir it well and stir fry it till it leaves the corner.
  8. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala in it and mix well.
  9. Now add 1 cup of water, cover it with a lid and keep it on a low flame for 5 minutes.
  10. Now cut the egg vertically, half from centre as shown in the recipe picture. - Take out the gravy in a bowl and then place the half cut eggs on it.
