Instructions to make Chettinad spicy mutton curry:
- Clean cut the mutton pieces into medium size.
- Grind together shallots,ginger, garlic,spices,and all powders into a coarse powder.
- Marinate the mutton with the above paste and salt for 30 minutes.
- Heat a 1 tbsp oil heat in pressure cooker.
- Add the marinate mutton.
- Pressure cook up to 4 whistles.
- Heat oil a pan or in a kadhai.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add chopped tomatoes and saute,still they soft.
- Add the mutton to it cook,till the oil separates.
- Mutton curry is ready.
