Instructions to make Achari qeema:
  1. Sautay fenugreek seeds.mustard seeds.cumin seeds.and curry leaves.
  2. Then add onions and when turned light brown add ginger garlic paste and sautay.
  3. Add salt.red chilli.turmeric. crushed coriander and funnel seeds and kalonji.then sautay
  4. Let it cook few mintes.
  5. Then add chopped tomatoes. And cook till tomatoes and minced become soft
  6. Then bhunify well
  7. When it's done add lemon juice garam masala and qusuri methi and stirr it
  8. Keep on simmer for 10 mints
  9. Served with chapatti or nan
