  3. Now add buttermilk coariander leaves mix it well. Take a small vati and add oil and soda mix it well. And add to this mixture.
  4. Take water for kneading dough and slowly knead it with enough water. Grease with oil.
  5. Now take greased plate and make muthiyas and put it into steamer.
  6. Steam it for 20 to 30 minutes at low to medium flame. After 30 minutes check it with knife or toothpick. Switch off the flame if it's done.
  7. Now take rest for 15 minutes for cooling. Cut it with knife.
  8. Take a pan take oil 2 -3 tsp for tadka. Add mustard seeds, seasme seeds & curryleaves. Now add muthiyas and mix it well.
  9. Serves hot with sauce or chutney or pickle.
