- Fry the varis first.
- In kadhai heat mustard oil, in that add black cumin, ginger paste, and tomato paste, cook for a while then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt. Saute for a while then add bori (urad dal vari) in that mix well and add water (750ml) in that, so that the boris get boiled well.
- Once boiling is done add chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice.
