- Grind coarsely peanuts,til, coriander leaves, curry leaves.
- To above powder add onions,methi leaves,masalas,tamrind paste,gud and mix it.
- Stuff it inthe brinjals.Heat oil in kadai add stuffed brinjals and cover with plate pour some water on it so that will not burn.
- After a min remove plate check and add the same water cover and cook it.In the middle mix it. Cook it till brinjals become soft. Serve with jowar bhakri or chapati,phulkas.
