- Transfer the grounded masala in the bowl add all the dry masalas and salt to taste
- Fill this masala in brinjal keep aside.
- In a kadai add oil, splutter cummin curry leaves
- Add onion and cook till light golden colour
- Now keep stuffed brinjal cover the lid
- After seconds turn on other side, now add the remaining masala, add little water and cookon medium heat
- Check the consistency and whether the brinjal are cooked or not.
- Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
