Instructions to make Schezwan sandwich dosa:
  1. Dosa batter:soak the urad dal and rice for 4 hours. And soak the chanadal for 4 hrs.After 4 hours grind all the ingredients make a smooth batter. Keep the batter overnight for fermentation.
  2. Coconut chutney: Grind all the ingredients except tempering ingredients and makes a chutney. Tempering Part:take ghee then roast the mustard seed urad dal,chanadal then mix all the remaining ingredients.lastly add chutney
  3. Mysore chutney: Grind all the ingredients together and makes a chutney
  4. Sambhar:boil the arhar dal at one side.On another side boil all the vegetables together except onion tomatoes. Take oil in kadai mix mustard seed then add the grinderd onion saute for 4 minutes then add the tomato then saute for another few minutes then mix all the boiled vegetables, tamarind water and jaggery and whisk all the ingredients properly.then add all the spices and sambhar masala.
  5. Sambhar tadka:take ghee,add curry pata,mustard seed,garlic,salt and sambhar masala and then transfer into sambhar
  6. Dosa filling:heat the oil add all the ingredients and saute for 5-10 minute at medium flame
  7. Dosa assembly: brushing the tawa with oil,spread the batter and wait for a minute till one side cook then flip the dosa and cook for 2 minutes at medium flame then again flip.after that spread the schezwan chutney on dosa and add the filling and fold one side to another. Lastly cut into two pieces
