  1. I made instant idli from the packet available in the market.
  2. For sambhar, wash the lentil. Cut the veggies. To a pressure cooker add 1/2 tomato, daal and veggies. Add a pinch of turmeric and ghee.
  3. Pressure cook it. Then whisk it well.
  4. Make a paste of remaining tomato and green chillies. And all the spices to it and mix it well. To a pan add oil. Add asafoetida, cumin, mustard, red chilli and curry leaves. Stir fry it. Add the paste the stir fry it. Add water if required else add sambhar. Boil it. And it's ready.
