  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the Thai red curry paste and cook for a minute. Add the cubed ice apples and toss well. Set aside.
  2. Marinate tofu in a mixture of Soy sauce, brown sugar,garlic powder and onion powder. Set aside for atlast 4 hours. Then heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tofu until crisp.
