- Heat oil in a cheenachatti.when the oil is hot add the curry leaves & fry.Let this drain on tissue paper.
- Now slice the banana directly over the hot oil with a banana slicer and fry.Once it's almost done add a tsp of salt water to this & turn the chips and fry till the splutter stops.Remove the fried chips from oil and drain on tissues. Add the fried curry leaves to the chips.
- Once all the bananas are fried,store in airtight containers.
