  4. Prepare 2, 1/2 cups water and tamarind of lemon size
  5. Make ready 2-3 tbsp Oil
  6. Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp jeera
  8. Make ready 1 red chilli slits
  9. Make ready 5-6 flakes Garlic flakes finely chopped
  10. Make ready As needed curry leaves
  11. Make ready 6 Green chillies… made in to slits

  1. Place tur dal,bottle gourd chop,tomato chopped,green chilli slots, tamarind and water and set for 11 minutes in manual mode, switch vent in to pressure sealing position.
  2. After 11 minutes cooking is completed,leave as it is for 10 minutes.next step pressure release,and mash the cooked dal along with veggies.Meanwhile make tasks on stove top with adding oil to the pan,.After heating add all other tasks materials, mustard,jeera,Red chilli slits..after they crackle add garlic chop and curry leaves..fry until done.
  3. Add tadka to the mashed dal,add salt blend well.Again switch ON the IP and manually set for 3 minutes..after done..leave it for 20 minutes..then leisurely open the IP,mix well the dal and transfer in to another bowl..Garnish with tadka made by Mustard seeds and jeera and serve..
