  1. Boil water in a non stick pan. Add salt, chopped green chilli, whole zeera, hing, curry leaves and baking soda.
  2. When the water comes to a boil add the rice flour and mix well till there are no lumps.
  3. Cover and simmer for 2 to 4 minutes. Mix well. Serve hot by pouring peanut oil over it and a sprinkle of achar masala.
