  2. Now add milk, curd, finely chopped ginger & salt to it.
  3. Mix well & keep aside. Let it marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. After 3 to 4 hours check whether the consistency is wetty or not. If you find it dry add little curd to it. If not then well & good.
  5. Now take tadka pan & add ghee or oil any of your choice.
  6. When hot enough add urad dal & rai to it.
  7. When rai splutters add jeera, whole dried red chilli, curry leaves.
  8. Add this tadka to rice & mix well.
  9. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander & pomegranate seeds.
