- In a bowl, whisk curd with little water and keep aside.

- In a cooking pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add cumin seeds. Add the red chillies, ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and onions and saute till light golden brown.
- Add all the powdered masala and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the curd slowly stirring quickly and continuously. Cook till lukewarm.
- Serve curd curry with rice/rotis and any side dish (veg/non-veg).
