  2. Get 3 green chillies

  11. Take For tempering:-
  12. Take 3 tbsp oil
  13. Prepare 1 and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  16. Get 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  17. Take Sweet sour water
  18. Make ready For garnishing:-

  20. Get Pomegranate seeds

Steps to make Surati Sev Khamani:
  1. Wash chanadal for 2-3 times,Soak in water for 4-5 hrs.straib water,put Soaked dal in blender jar,add green chillies,salt,crushed garlic.Also add curd and some sweet sour water.(Make sweet sour water by mixing 3/4 tsp nimboo satv nimboo ka phool+ 3 tsp sugar+1/2 Cup water.stirr this mixture till sugar and nimboo satv dissolves.sweet sour water is ready)Blend it Coarsely to make the batter.cover and let it ferment for 4-5 hrs.Now add 2 tbsp sweet sour water, 1/4 tsp haldi powder and 2 tsp oil.
  2. Mix well everything.The batter should be of medium consistency.Meawhile Heat the steamer with water.put a stand on that a greased Plate cover and Heat it.Beat the batter well till it becomes light and fluffy.Now add 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp eno fruit salt.beat for 1 min.Instantly Pour the batter in a hot greased Plate,spread evenly.
  3. Cover the steamer and Cook for 20 min on low to medium flame.check it by inserting a toothpick.It comes out clean.off the flame.let it cool.cut in to pieces.Crumble the pieces.To make tempering, Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,hing, curry leaves,red chilli flakes and sweet sour water.let it come to a boil.
  4. Now add crumbled khaman dhokala in it Mix well everything.Take out in a serving Plate.Garnish with Coriander leaves,pomegranate seeds,sev and chopped Onion.Serve hot with tea.
