  1. Wash and drain all water from poha. Keep side for 15 Minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
  3. Now add green chilli, chopped Ginger, Garlic and curry leaves. Add Onion, sautee it till colour change.
  4. Now add the poha in the pan along with salt, turmeric powder, jeeravan masala, lemon juice and sugar and mix well.
  5. Poha cover with lid and on lid add 1cup water. Cook for 2-3 minutes. By this steaming method, Indori poha will be made very soft.
  6. Garnish the poha with fresh coriander, sev mixture, pomegranate seeds and onion.
  7. Serve Indori poha hot with tea or Garma garma Jelabi, because Indori poha is incomplete with jelabi.
