- Wash poha and soak 5min. Add lemon juice and sugar.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds split black gram curry patta. Now add chopped spring onion white part chopped carrot boiled fresh peas par boil potato chopped salt chopped chilli add chopped capsicum roasted peanuts saute properly add turmeric powder. grated ginger and add poha. Mix properly and cook on mid. slow flame.
- Now add coriander chutney stir well. Add pomegranate seeds tomato chopped and spring onion green part. Mix well and serve. Garnish with tomato flower spring onion pomegranate seeds.
