- Heat the Kadhai put oil and when hot add mustard seeds, split urad dal and chana dal. Saute for a minute.
- After it splutters add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Now in the meantime wash the poha and drain it and keep ready.
- Then add the washed poha in the Kadhai.
- Add salt & mix well.
- Then add the grated coconut and mix again.
- Now turn off the gas and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate. Serve immediately.
