  18. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  19. Make ready leaves few curry
  20. Prepare to taste Salt
  21. Take 1 tbsp Ratlami sev
  22. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
  23. Make ready 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  24. Prepare leaves as required Coriander
Instructions to make Usal Poha:
  1. Wash and soak the poha for 5 minutes. Drain the excess water and keep aside. Heat the oil in pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies and onion and saute few seconds. Add poha, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, lemon juice and toss well.
  2. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  3. Heat the oil in pan. Add cumin seeds when they starts splutter, add ginger chilli paste. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala.
  4. Add boiled peas and saute few minutes. Add water and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Place the poha in bowl and topped with usal gravy. Garnish with chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilies.And pomegranate seeds, ratlami sev and Coriander leaves and lemon slice.
