- Soak the sago seeds 20 minutes in water then drain the water and take it upto 4 hours after 4 hours mix pomegranate juice in it and keep it aside it became pink
- In a pan heat the oil add cumin seeds, mustard seed and green chilli,
- When splutter then add,curry leaves and potato cut into medium pieces
- When fried properly,add finely crushed peanut seeds and fry it add sago seeds,salt and black pepper mix it well cook for 10 minutes in low flame. Add mint leaves
