- Boil water in a pan with mashed garlic, salt and 1 tbsp oil. Cover with a sieved plate and place the fingers on top of it. Cover them and steam for 15 minutes.
- Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, brown mustard, poppy seeds, curry leaves and saute.
