- Nicely wash &strain water with the help of a strainer, add turmeric, lemon juice, salt and mix it well. Lest it rest for 5 mints. After 5 mints steam the poha.
- Heat oil put cashew & peanuts nicely fry it &keep it aside. Again heat oil put mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, saute it then pour on the steam poha. Now add fried peanuts, cashew and mix all nicely.
- Sprinkle with sev, pomegranate seeds, chaatmasala and serve it.
