- Ab adrak lahsan ka paste ar haldi pw. daal kar 2 mnt chalyenge.fir usme kata hua tmatar ar namak daal kar chalyenge ar dhak denge 2-3mnt ke liye.
- Jab tmatar gal jaye to usme garam masala dalenge ar bhunenge.jab tak ke msala tel na chhod de.
- Ab hm msale mein bhuna hua besan mila kar achhi trh chlayenge.fir usme egg dalenge ar chalayenge.
- Ab 1 cup pani daal kar chala kar dhak denge ar 12-15 mnt tak slow flm par ublne denge usk baad gas off kar denge.
