- Now take a pan,add 2 tsp oil. Then add cumin seeds,black cardamom,bay leaf and cinnamon stick. Then add ginger garlic paste. Then add onion pasteamd green chillies. Cook until onions becomes brown and oil starts saprates. Now add soaked masala. Cook again for 2 minutes.
- Then add chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes becomes soft and oil starts saprates. Then add boiled eggs. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add 1 cup water. When curry starts boiling,simmer the burner. Cook for 2-3 minutes.Dhaba style egg curry is ready. Serve hot with fulka or rice.
