- Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp Ciba Achari Masala
- Take 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
- Get 1/2 cup Green Peas
- Prepare 1 tbsp Sugar
- Prepare Coriander for Garnish
- Take 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
- Make ready Salt as per taste
Steps to make Achari Mushroom Masala:
- First keep ready paste with above mentioned ingredients.
- Wash mushrooms and chop it into bite size pieces. Add pinch off salt too.
- Now heat oil first and give tadka of jeera, Hing, and Curry leaves.
- Add green peas and saute it for 1 min. Then add onion with above made paste. Mix it well and let it cook till it gets slightly dry and starts showing oil on surface.
- Then add ciba kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric and Ciba Tazza Achari Masala. Mix it. And let it cook for a minute.
- Now add chopped mushrooms and mix it well. Wait till mushrooms become soft and all water from mushrooms get evaporated
- Then add fresh cream, salt, sugar and kasuri methi and let it cook for 4-5 mins with lid on. At last add butter and mix it. Achari Mushroom Masala is ready to serve.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve it with naan or roti.
