- Heat refined oil in a deep kadai. Slow down to medium heat and fry the koftas from all sides till golden brown.
- In the same kadai add oil if needed, fry the chopped onion. To it add salt required. Fry till soft. Now mix turmeric and red chilli powder. A beautiful colour will come.
- Add chopped tomatoes and minced ginger-garlic. Cook till oil separated
- Add 1 tbsp of water and rest other dried powder masala. Cook till the water dried up.
- Now make the gravy as per your choice by adding water. Let the gravy boil and the add koftas. Cook for 1 min and garnish with crushed kasoori methi.
