Spaghetti is a kind of pasta which is long, slender and cylindrical and is usually made from wheat Anything jollof is a big deal in our future. Jollof rice is one of our staples that can never go wrong on. Growing up, Jollof spaghetti was one of the first dishes I cooked.

- First, put Water in a Pot, add the Salt(1tbspn), & 1tbspn of Oil, & place on heat to boil…Add the Spaghetti while the Water's boiling & leave for 10mins…. - Get the Smoked Titus Fish & tear up into pieces….
- Next Blend the Fresh Tomatoes, Sombo, Atarodo & Onions to preference
- Strain Spaghetti into a Strainer, & put same Pot back on heat to dry off…
- Pour the 150ml of Vegetable Oil into the Pot, & fry the Torn Titus Fish, sprinkling 1pair of the Knorr Stork Cube into it….
- When the Fish is fried golden brown or crispy, add the Tomato Puree(I prefer the St Rita brand) & fry with the Fish….
- Pour on the blended Fresh Veggies mixture & let it cook for 4Mins, add your Stork Cubes, Curry & Thyme
- Wash the strained Spaghetti under your Kitchen Water Tap, & pour into the Pot on heat & turn to incorporate….
- Let it cook for 15-20mins, or as u prefer & Voila….it's ready to serve….I had to keep it simple, as this was a Weekend of 'using what u have' in Pantry…it's bn that kinda Weekend…but, all good…We shan't go hungry, IJMN….š
