- Take half portion of chopped onion, tomato, and 1tbs ginger garlic paste into a blander and make fine pure out of it.
- Heat oil into a pressure cooker and add all whole spices and fry until bayleaf turns golden
- Sauté remaining onion tomato and green chilli curry leaves and cook them until it gets mushy
- Add pure of onion tomato in cooker mix it well
- Once it gets mixed add garam masala red chilli powder, turmeric, mutton masala and cook them until it starts separating oil from sides
- Add mince into it mix well with masala.
- Add salt to taste
- Add around two cup on boiling water with large chunks of potato and pressure cook it for 3-4 weasel
- Garnish it with coriander.
- Serve it with butter Pav,Chopped onion, lemon, papad and adding teaspoon of butter on top of kheema
