  9. In a bowl add the Rava Idli mix, curd, salt to taste, coriander leaves and required quantity of water to get right consistency.
  10. Put water in the steamer and bring to boil.
  11. In the mean time grease the idli plates and place a cashews in each plate.
  12. Add soda bi carb and mix. Pour into the idli plates and place the plates on the steamer.
  13. Steam the idlis for 15 mins.
