- Get 1/2 kg Kaddoo

Steps to make Kaddoo Sabji:
- Remove skin of kaddoo.Chop it into small pieces and wash it.
- Heat oil in iron pot. Add jeera and mohri. Later add curry leaves, green chilli and garlic. Wait for getting it golden. Later saute onion and tomato and cook it till it become soft. Add red chilli powder and turmeric then.
- Add kaddoo now. Mix it. Add some salt. Put lid on. And cook it for 4-5 mins. Once it gets cook, garnish it with coriander and serve it.
