- Take a pan or kadhai add water.
- Give boil to water and add the roll.
- Boil roll an til flowthing on surfes
- Don't drain out.se use this water in curry.
- Cutt roll in to 1 inch pieces.
- Take a pan add 4 tbsp oil and shollw fry the gatta's
- Add 4 tbsp oil in in a pan or kadhai add mustard seed
- Add onion,chilli and ginger after the pop seed's. Cook an til brown add all spice's and masala's cook for 30 sec.
- Add bitten curd
- Cook an til oil come on surfes.
- Add water (mention in step 6) give boil.
- Add gatta and cook for 8-9 mint.
- Our gatta curry is ready.garnish with corineder leave and serve with roti/partha
