- And keep aside for ten minutes now take a pan and put some water in it approx 4 glasses
- Now after 10 min take a part of besan dough and roll it cylindrically now cut them in small pieces and do same to all the dough now put gatta in boiling water and let it boil for 10 min minimum
- Now switch the gas off and again take a pan now heat 2 tbspoon refined oil
- And put cumin,bay leaves,mustard and cloves in it and now put hing and then onions and let them golden brown not pour green chilli ginger garlic paste in it and after that chopped green chilli and tomatoes and let it be cook for 2 min.
- Now put 1teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 TB spoon red chilli powder, and coriander powder and cook for 10 min now pour boiled gattas in it and cook for 10 min and garish with coriander leaves and serve it.
