- Put a kadhai on low flame, pour the oil and heat it. Now add all seasoning ingredients and saute it. Now add onion and saute for 1minutes then add beans.
- Add spiçes and cover the lid for a minute on low flame.when it half cooked then add tomatoes and cover the lid again for 1 minute.
- Now we have to prepare kadhi batter. Blend the curd and add besan and blend properly. Add water into and stir.
- Now add this better in vegetables.Add sufficient water. put the flame med to high and stir the spoon continuously.when it takes 1-2 boil then put the flame low to medium.
- Check the kadhi. After 20 minutes check the consistency of this. If the batter looks thick then switch off the flame.
- Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and Serve with rice or roti.
