- In kadhai add heat oil, add urad dal, mustard cummin seeds as splutter add chanadal and peanuts. Roast for few minutes.
- Add slitted green chillies, minced ginger and dry red chillies,saute for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, grated raw mango,mix and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled rice and salt. Mix well, saute for 2 minutes.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Raw Mango Rice, garnishing with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
