  2. Chopped the jackfruit,or can cut in slices of the jackfruit skin.once become soft.it can mashed it properly.meanwhile take all the ingredients like curry pata,green chillies,garlic,Sarso seeds,Shallot,red chillies,turmeric powder,coconut.
  3. Heat coconut oil or veg oil in a pan or pan,add in shallots,broken red chilies,and curry patta,saute for a min
  4. Then add the chopped jack fruit flesh.stir nicely and mix well. Add turmeric powder, coconut milk and salt,cover and cooked on a medium flame.
  5. Meanwhile,grinder the coconut,garlic,Shallot,and green chilli.grind coarsely.now add the grinded coconut into the pan and cover the lid for a minutes. And cook for sometime till it's done.then mix and mashed it nicely garnish it with grated coconut.jackfruit curry is ready to serve.
  6. For millet pitha,mix the millet flour with rice flour,salt,and grated coconut,and sugar,add 1/2cup coconut milk to make a very fine batter. Consistency.
  7. Heat 2tablespoon of oil in a tawa,and pour the batter in a tawa,and make a pitha shape type,and fry both upside down in a low flame.fry till it's done and switch off the flame.
  8. Healthy jackfruit and millet pitha is ready to serve.
