- First start by chopping the raw jackfruit into small cubes, then cook it in a pressure cooker with one cup of water, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp of salt and cook till 2 whistle and then turn off the heat, let the pressure get released naturally then drain the excess water
- For masala preparation, blend all masala in above-mentioned in a blender to a smooth paste
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry potato and boiled jackfruit separately till golden brown and keep in a plate

- Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till they get soft, add salt, turmeric powder, Kashmir red chilli powder, and prepared masala and saute for few minutes
- Once the spices start releasing oil, add the fried potatoes and jackfruit and mix everything well, add 3 to 4 cups of water and bring everything to a good, simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
- At the end add the garam masala powder and mix everything well, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot rice, roti or paratha
