- First Take a kadai…heat some oil add chana and urad Daal and fry till golden brown..now add mustard and jeera with hing and green chillies and curry leaves once done…take half mixture out in a bowl and keep aside.
- Now add Raw papaya add some salt and haldi to it and cook till soft..
- Once soft add tamarind pulp and sugar too it and stir it for few minutes..lastly switch off the gas and then add a tsp of freshly grounded mustard paste And add remaining tempering on top..it's done
- Serve hot this Raw Papaya Curry with hot steamed rice and with a little ghee on top it will be divine.rest you can have with rotis even.
