- Shallow fry ladies finger in oil. Add salt.
- Make a smooth paste of coconut, green chillies and mustard seeds. At the end, add curd and just give a pulse.
- Heat the above mixture. Just heat and do not boil so that the curd does not get split.
- Add the ladies finger to the above mixture.
- Splutter mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves. Add to kicchadi.
- Adjust salt and water as per the required consistency.
