  2. Take Grated coconut
  3. Make ready Mustard seeds

  5. Prepare Dry red chilli

  8. Take Lemon juice

You can add finely chopped coriander leaves to the sundal which will enhance the flavour. I didn't have in hand so didin't add. Do not skip the ginger as it will enhance the flavour of the sundal. Steps to make sweet corn sundal recipe: Rinse the kernels, transfer to pressure cooker along with salt and water (till immersing level).

Instructions to make Sweet Corn Sundal:
  1. Steam the sweet corn kernels for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Add oil in a pan then add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle in a low flame.
  3. Add chopped red chilli green chillies curry leaves and saute for a minute.
  4. Add grated coconut and salt and mix well.
  5. Switch off the flame. Finally squeeze out the lemon juice and give a good mix.
