- Then mash the potatoes with the corn paste and mix it up with the other ingredients thoroughly so that everything is well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 10-12 equal portions. Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a round patti. Prepare patties with rest of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Slowly place the patties in hot oil and deep fry them on both sides till golden brown.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve warm with tomato sauce or chutney of your choice.
