  1. Take 300 gm boiled potatoes, chopped into chunks

  6. Take 1 green chilli chopped
  7. Take 1 tsp cumin coriander powder

  11. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Masala Potato Curry:
  1. In a kadhai heat 1 tsp oil. Fry the boiled potato chunks lightly on medium to low flame for 2 minutes. Keep the fried potatoes on a plate.
  2. To the same kadhai, heat rest 1 tbsp oil,bay leaf with ponch phoran and allow to splutter.
  3. Add turmeric and red chilli powder and saute for half a minute on low flame.
  4. Mix chopped green chilli and ginger paste and saute for a while.
  5. Add tomato paste, coconut paste and cumin coriander powder. Saute on medium heat till the oil separate from cooked masala.
  6. Add water according to the choice to make gravy. Mix potato chunks, salt and garam marsala. Bring to boil by covering the kadhai. Hot potato masala is ready to serve with steamed rice /roti. Thanks
