  1. Marinate the chicken with the marination ingredients and keep it aside for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
  2. Deep fry it in oil till done. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, add greenchilli and curry leaves chopped to it and saute for a while.
  4. To this add onion and saute for a minutes on high flame.
  5. Add Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Saute till raw smells disappear.
  6. Add soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  7. Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. - Serve hot!
