- Marinate the chicken with the marination ingredients and keep it aside for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
- Deep fry it in oil till done. Keep it aside.
- Heat butter in a pan, add greenchilli and curry leaves chopped to it and saute for a while.
- To this add onion and saute for a minutes on high flame.
- Add Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Saute till raw smells disappear.
- Add soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
- Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. - Serve hot!
