  3. Pour in half cup of water, mix. Then add a tb spn of butter and keep mixing
  4. Done with the dough. Cover with cling film.
  5. Pour oil in a pan, add the meat
  6. Add in seasoning and spices
  7. Keep stirring for 3 minutes. Then add the grinded scotch bonnets and diced onion.
  8. On a low flame, stir for about 6 minutes. Add the cooked and diced potatoes
  9. Stir until well combined
  10. Add in the flour batter (only flour and water mixture)
