- Sieve the flour in a clean bowl,add the butter,baking powder,salt and Maggi seasoning,add water little by little and mix

- Stir it well then add the grated red bonnet+onion and the boiled potato stir it, allow it to cook for 10 minutes remove from fire,cut the dough into portions
- Take each portion and flatten with a rolling pin,add the meat mixture brush the edges with egg then fold it
- Press the end with a fork make some hole at the top then egg wash, arrange on a baking tray line with parchment paper then sprinkle some toasted sesame seed
- Bake for 30 to 35 mins,enjoy with tea or drink of choice
