  2. Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf, dried red chilli, mustard seeds, curry leaves fry for a second. Add sliced onion and ginger garlic paste saute for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now add tomatoes and all the spices saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add sambhar powder and kasuri methi stir well.
  5. Now add this tadka over the cooked sambhar give a good mix covered and cook for 5-6 minutes. Ready to Serve.
  6. (For Rice):-Take a pan Boil water after 5 minutes add salt and Rinsed rice stir well cook on medium flame till cooked completely. Drained excess water. Ready to serve.
  7. (For Idli):-Take a bowl add Rava, curd, baking soda, salt and little water mix well make a batter rest for 15 minutes. Now grease idli stand pour idli batter with spoon cook for 5 minutes in microwave Ready to serve.
  8. (For Vada):-Take a blender add soaked, rinsed urad dal, ginger, garlic, green chilli salt little water blend till smooth paste (don't add too much water)
  9. Transfer paste into a bowl, add baking soda, chopped curry leaves whisk for 6-7 minutes.
  10. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, Take a small portion or batter with the help of spoon drop into hot oil fry till golden brown.
  11. Remove on tissue paper. Ready to serve.
